Returns & Replacement Policy

At NMY Style, we maintain strict quality control to ensure you receive the best products. However, in rare cases where there is an issue, we offer a replacement under the conditions mentioned below. NMY Style is operated by NMY Trading.

Replacement Eligibility

We only offer replacement (no returns/refunds) in the following cases:

You receive a damaged product
You receive a defective product
You receive a wrong item

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To request a replacement, it is compulsory to provide a clear unboxing video.

The video must be recorded from the moment the package is unopened.
The parcel label and packaging must be clearly visible.
The issue (damage/defect/wrong item) must be clearly shown in the video.

👉 Without an unboxing video, replacement requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Replacement Request Timeline

You must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.

Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for replacement:

The product must be unused and unwashed
All original tags and packaging must be intact

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept replacements in the following situations:

Size or fit issues
Color difference due to lighting or screen variation
Change of mind
Minor thread variations or negligible differences

Replacement Process

Email us at help.nmy@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Issue description
- Unboxing video
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
If approved:
- We will arrange a pickup (if serviceable), or
- Ask you to self-ship the product
Once received and verified, a replacement will be dispatched.

Important Notes

Replacement is subject to product availability.
If the product is out of stock, we may offer an alternative product.
NMY Style reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.
